The 2010 Greater Cincinnati Winter Getaway will be at the
Cincinnati Art Museum

Here's the story of your winter Getaway.....
You will need to meet with your boarding agent that will have your
travel pass for the Museum. To get your travel pass you need to
stop at the waypoint of this event. Just park your car and walk over
to the Ticket Gazebo and pick up your travel pass.
Once you have your pass you will drive up the hill to the Cincinnati
Art Museum where for the next few hours you will be nice and warm.
The Cincinnati Art Museum is free of charge. Once inside you will
open your travel pass. Your travel pass is your magic ticket that will
help you find waypoints to caches with some fun little items that have
been placed outside the Museum in Eden Park just for this event.
Once the event is over so are these caches :O)
-You can pick up your travel pass between 1pm and 1:30pm.
-It's not a race so you can take your time in the Museum and Enjoy it.
-The Museum is open from 11am till 5pm.
-The Museum sits in the middle of Eden Park. The Park is open till 10pm
and the caches will be picked up some time after 6:30pm.
-After you fill out your travel pass, you will go outside and find
the caches we have hidden just for this event. So you need to
be ready to dress for being outside for about 30 minutes or so.
-We will be meeting at Skyline Chili
1216 E. McMillan St.
Cincinnati, OH 45206
At 5pm to talk about Geocaching, The Event and to have a chuckle
or two... Heck you may even find a mystery cache ;O)
Also, If you want to wait and do the caches as a group and at night....
YOU CAN!
Seeing that our travel agent has to go back and pick up the caches
around 6:15 anyway, you can team up and grab them before they are gone.
On Saturday in Dayton Ohio. MVG is doing a Winter getaway as well.
After dinner on Satruday, We will be going out to do some night caching
in the area. On Sunday Morning we will have Breakfast and then head
down I-75 to Cincinnati doing caches along the way until it's time for
our 2010 Greater Cincinnati Winter Getaway.
